August 28, 2008 – Responding to the company’s rapidly expanding U.S. customer base, Beckhoff Automation today announced the opening of a new office in Fond du Lac, Wis. This office will serve as a regional center for Beckhoff customer training as well as for direct sales and application support.
The Fond du Lac office is strategically located in the heart of the primary industrial region of Wisconsin. It is a convenient one hour drive from major manufacturing cities such as Milwaukee, Green Bay, Madison, Appleton and Sheboygan.
“As in many other states, Beckhoff Automation has reached a point in Wisconsin where a regional technical center for sales and support is absolutely necessary to best serve our growing business here,” said Don Seichter, Wisconsin Sales Manager, Beckhoff Automation. “With our new Fond du Lac office, the Beckhoff Wisconsin team is now better positioned to meet our customers’ application and support needs in this vital hub of American manufacturing and machine building.”
This new opening makes a total of five technical centers for Beckhoff Automation in the United States – in addition to Fond du Lac, Beckhoff has offices in Burnsville, Minn. (U.S. headquarters, Minneapolis area), San Diego, Duluth, Ga.(Atlanta area) and Mill Creek, Wash. (Seattle area).
